1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in SGD (Singapore Dollars). Payments are processed securely via approved third-party gateways. Users must ensure that payment details are valid at the time of purchase.

6. Refund and Return Policy

We apply fair and transparent refund rules depending on the type of service or product purchased.

A. Services (Consultations, IT Compliance Audits, Legal Documentation Support)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from purchase, or at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, whichever is earlier.
Clients may reschedule once free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the session.
Once a consultation or review has been completed, it becomes non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

B. Digital Products (Templates, Checklists, Online Tools)

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as delivery is immediate and irreversible.
Refunds are only considered if a file is defective or inaccessible after verified technical troubleshooting within 7 days of purchase.
We advise reviewing product descriptions and compatibility information before completing a purchase.

C. Physical Goods (Printed Legal Kits or Documentation Sets)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the product was defective or sent incorrectly.
Refunds for approved returns are processed within 10 business days after inspection and confirmation.

D. Non-Refundable Products

Custom document drafting, legal audit reports, and personalized compliance frameworks are non-refundable because they require professional analysis and custom preparation unique to each client.

7. Cancellations by Us

If ItLawSupport.com cancels a service, clients may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled session without extra charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

All materials and services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee legal outcomes or compliance certification. ItLawSupport.com is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use.

9. Privacy
